Family Membership - $25.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 6 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: June 1st No automatically recurring payments This category is for up to six (6) family members residing at the same address. Each of these family members becomes a Friend of the library. The membership is valid for one year starting June 1st. (If you have more than 6 immediate family members residing at the same address, please contact FOEGL for membership information.)

Individual Membership - $15.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: June 1st No automatically recurring payments This category is for one (1) person per address wishing to join the Friends of the Elm Grove Library. The membership is valid for one year starting June 1st.

Lifetime Membership - $1,000.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 4 members) Subscription period: Unlimited Wish to become a loyal supporter of Friends for the rest of your life and avoid annual membership renewal fees? Become a Lifetime member! This is a one-time payment. Your name will be displayed on the Lifetime Member's plaque in the library and will let the community know you want to promote success for the Friends of the Elm Grove Library.

Patron Membership - $75.00 (USD) Bundle (up to 6 members) Subscription period: 1 year, on: June 1st No automatically recurring payments This category is for a person/persons (up to 6 individuals, living at the same address) who are willing to support the Friends of the Elm Grove Library with a donation on top of the typical membership fee. This membership will be an advocate for Friends' fundraisers and will foster positive values in the library's role in our community. This membership is valid for one year starting June 1st.
